Welcome to Issue 5
McKenna Winning Entry
The midnight sun shines
Down upon her face
Revealing an elfin pixie grace
Her eyes reflect the moonlight
Their inky blackness cold
To reach beyond the flesh
Through the flesh they reach
To search both deep and wide
Their touch a breath of winter
Her icy lips will take you
To places you dare not go
They tempt and touch compelling you
You're standing on the brink
one step before you
into the darkness you sink
Fear surrounds and binds you
To make your flesh and bone
Tightly stretch and brittle snap
Frozen by her beauty
Bound by awe inspiring
Queen Borreal we praise thee
