Not much is known about this mysterious leader, and there had been only one confirmed sighting when the order first began.
More elusive than the Oracle, Caeles is almost amused by those who seek his presence, thus he may 'accidentily', let his celestial appearance be seen in the dead of night, although most people never believe those who witnessed such an act.
