Desmond Delcapio is, one of the few mobsters know around the area. Famous for his style of 'taking off heads' he has earned his nickname of 'the decapitator' or more simply 'decapitate'. Though, it wasn't without trial and error did he befall this name, having gone through various ways of performing this task in the 'cleanest' 'most efficient' way possible. This included creating a specialized chain whip he carries around with him everywhere that has a sharpened edges around each link. Though, his first attempt in using this weapon resulted in the loosing of most his fingers on his right hand, he was able to repair the lost appendages with little nerve damage. Needless to say, damage was still taken and he was forced to learn how to be left handed.
The set back didn't stop him from perfecting his skills with said weapon, soon making it a deadly accomplice to his habits, easily taking the heads or appendages off of three people with one swing. Though, these things don't happen too often, thanks to his reputation and people not wanting tick him off and be at the wrong end of his whip. However, you'd never expect this of him if you met him on the street, as Desmond is quite the gentleman and is very polite- though, when provoked, he can be explosive and irrational. But otherwise, you'd never expect Desmond to be what he is.
