A somewhat emo whiny kid who wanted to be the lead but really just kinda sucks. Faces a lot of teasing 'cause of that.
"Pudge" - Drummer
A classmate, joined somewhat at the last minute. Young and rather overweight but has really good internal rhythm. Has to work to learn to be able to play through an entire show successfully.
Info Blurb:
- Twins born into a privileged family, given a good education and raised to be naive and spoiled about the world. Dealt with Turner syndrome and Klinefelter's syndrome, respectively.
- Both had an interest in music, but the girl was the only one actually talented in it (the boy could play instruments, but never quite had the right touch; his voice was terrible in tune as well).
- They never really grew out of looking alike, even through puberty. The girl was always embarrassed by her figure and the boy often insulted by his 'feminine' appearance. This led to her growing her hair out a lot and him dying/cutting his as strangely as possible to so make them distinct (their wardrobes were already opposites).
- Eventually they went their separate ways; she went to music school, he went to a party school and wasted time while trying to start up a band.
- He got some people together who all had enough money and spare time to waste on a kid's band dreams. Since he had no talent to speak of, they were friends/casual musicians.
- She had been doing her own thing for a long time, making her own tunes in her apartment 'cause she was too shy to sing or play in front of others.
- He dragged her into his industry eventually, and in a drunken dare, he and his friends pressured her friends into singing along with them.
- They were all blown away by how much better she was (much to his embarrassment) and insisted she help out the band on occasion as singing voices were easy enough to disguise. Reluctantly she agreed with the pressure and bribing and said she'd be there to teach him.
- One day at a gig, he didn't show, and they were freaking out, ready to cancel. Only to decide with a wig and a rush cover job she would be his stand-in.
- Much to her horror, she was a huge hit, as she just got into character and was much better on stage than he could ever be (and she hardly even noticed herself; without her glasses, she could hardly see the audience so her shyness didn't bug her) and they pressured her into doing so permanently.
- They also knew the disguise was rather pathetic and made her cut/dye her hair, him grow his out, and the two of them start adjusting their outfits to be able to be identical again.
- Neither of them were happy with this outcome.
