Rivven says *quickly rushes up to her and nudges her cheek with her scaly muzzle, her antennae and horns gently brushing against her ears* Dear Isladr Alvan Sulculi, I apologize for the belated 'day of birthing' gift, as your Earth tradition celebrates annually. It was unintentional, I assure you. *pulls away from her, twitching her antennae* It shall be delayed, as your gift will be to venture into the grand regions of outer space. My spaceship's repair is near cessation. It shall not be long before it is completely returned to the working state it was once in. *smiles mildly, her cold, scaly hands taking hold of one of isladr's hands, careful not to hurt her with her claws* *her long, lizard-like tail swishes slowly out of happiness, but slower than usual, feeling a twinge of guilt for having her mates gift delayed - it would be plenty worth it though*

Taviken says "Oh, what wonderful manners!" Bonnie claps her cheerfully plump hands together. I study the strange ring on her finger again. I always wondered, but it was awfully rude to ask a person something that could be personal like that. Just then, the other cooks, who had been babbling, started procuring food, seemingly out of nowhere. i grinned to Isladr as a croissant, a cookie, and a piece of bread was shoved into her arms. "Oh, don't worry, you can eat," I said, in case she was too polite to just dig in.
Taviken says "Centuries?" I frowned, and my eyebrows raised in surprise, "there isn't even food in that bottle? A seat? A bed? Nothing but... you, just floating around?" 'God, that sounds boring,' I thought to myself. We came up to the castle, but instead of entering through the main door, I decided to use my special secret entrance. It was a door, about five feet tall, to the left of the kitchen window. I had to stood to walk through, and it led through to the kitchens. When we were in the kitchens, I grinned to the kitchen staff, and they laughed in delight, and rushed to get me food. Only the head cook, Bonnie, took not of my companion. "And who is this lovely lass?"she asked politely, winking at Isladur(prolly spelled wrong XD). "This is a friend, visiting from far away.," I explained, "her name is Isladur(and again)."
Taviken says I looks at her. she seemed no different. But hopefully, she would to my father and mother. "Okay, now come up to the castle. Do whatever-you-ares eat?" I asked, grabbing her arm, gently this time, and heading towards the castle. The smell from the kitchen was so tantalizing, I almost licked my lips.
Taviken says I blink, a thought nagging at me. Oh right! My name. " I seem to have forgotten my manners," I said politely, bowing ever so slightly. "My name is Prince Taviken, but as it seems your not exactly one of my subjects, you can call me Taviken." After this, I stood awkwardly, my mind blank. What would I do now? She certainly couldn't go in the castle- she would surely be spotted. But I couldn't stay in this forest forever. "I wish... that to all people except me, you look like a normal person, with no ears or tail, and to my parents, you are a princess visiting from a foreign land." 'This wish would help with that problem,' I thought grinning.
Taviken says "Okay. So, I could ask for...." I looked around for inspiration. The trees waved in the light breeze, and dew clung to the grass at my feet. But I wouldn't ask for trees, or water. What would I, who had everything, ask for? At that moment, a delicious scent wafted through the forest, likely from the castle kitchens. "A roast pheasant? And I would get one?" I watched her fingers twiddling with the leaf. With a pang, I wondered what she did in the bottle while she was waiting for someone to open it.

Taviken says "Oh. Duh. Of course, how stupid of me. Magic!" I rolled my ice blue eyes, and thought how many other people used the excuse 'magic' for things too difficult or impossible to explain. Footsteps jarred me out of my thoughts. "Oh dang!" I cursed, grabbing the creature's wrist. "I can't let anyone see you, they'll burn you alive!" I looked around and found a small, stain glass window. Not wanting to break the glass, I took my sword, which I always kept at my belt, an lightly cut it out of the frame. Hey, it wasn't broken, okay? I looked down, and I was very glad this was the first floor of the castle. Pulling the girl along, I squeezed myself through, out into the grounds of the castle. I set off towards the woods naturally, my feet just guiding me to my favourite place. Once we were safely hidden in the trees, I turned to her. "Now," I said, "I'll tell you my name, if you tell me yours." I felt a strange compassion towards the girl, although she was strange, and I felt protective of her. I mean, she seemed young- she surely didn't want to get burned at the stake because she was, according to the people, a 'witch', did she? Plus, I wanted those wishes for some reason, although I didn't really need them. I mean I had everything.
Taviken says "Like... a wish-giver?" I asked, blinking. "How long have you been stuck in the bottle?" I looked down at the bottle, then to her. "how do you fit in it, anyway?" I normally didn't talk so sloppily and rudely, but she wasn't exactly one of my subjects, was she?

Taviken says I gave a shout as the glass started to glow, afraid it would become hot. "ah, uh ahhhdahhh..." Was the only thing that come out of my mouth for a while. After several calm breaths, I collected myself to a princely manner, and spoke to her as I would a simple subject. "what ARE you?" I asked, tilting my chin up and frowning. This pose always worked to intimidate people. As I gazed down at her, I took in her strange, delicate ears and tail, her pale face, and her simple blue shift. My cheeks grew slightly hot- she wasn't dressed very well, as the simple shift was held up by her delicate shoulder and covered her little, like the poorest of the peasants, but her strange frame held it well. I waited for the creature's answer. If she didn't know I was a prince, I'd quickly hammer that into her brain.
Taviken says Startled by the voice that came out of the glass, I almost dropped it in surprise. 'what trickery is this?' I thought weakly. Nothing like this had ever happened before in my whole spoiled life, even when 'magicians' came with their petty tricks. But soon I had a cunning thought in my mind. 'well, I'll show whoever is doing this. I'll tell the voice to come out, and nothing will happen.' So, clearing my throat, I rubbed my sleeve on the glass, trying to see through it, as I said, "well, come on out then!" I waited, not expecting anything to happen.
