So Smart About Everything Except the Basics

Personality: With his photographic memory he knows a lot of useless things, but never really paid attention to smaller things. Such as how to take care of himself. He's always there for anyone to either give advice based on something he read or just give them a proper dish of information, which he has a lot of. Mostly because he always wants to get to the bottom of everything. Details are his greatest friends.
Despite the fact that he is liked at work, he finds it extremely difficult to fit in anywhere. He's on a completely different level with most things which makes conversations very silly. Jargon is very friendly and kind to everyone but he mostly just comes across as awkward. He still tries really hard and doesn't give up on this and because of it he is really easy to push around. As long as he thinks it might make you his friend, he will do it for you.
History: Xavier is an editor for a small newspaper that he's extremely invested in. Although he has a hard time taking care of himself, he's a linguistic genius and he's brilliant at his job. He doesn't really talk to anyone about himself, much less about his past. It has made the strangest rumours fly around that he doesn't really care about. As long as he's allowed to edit the articles and have people sort of like him, he's happy enough.
Appearance:
He always look very representable. Black suit pants, a white dress shirt with rolled up sleeves and black suspenders. His black hair is fashioned in a tiny Mohawk and he has a neatly trimmed moustache and soul patch. In one of his back pockets he always carries a tiny notebook and a pen.
He is rather skinny with his 182 cm and 73 kg. Since he doesn't bother much with physical activities, he isn't muscular at all. It doesn't stop him from looking like a normal guy, though.
