Nook is a tribute to my old girl. She has been with me since she was 4 weeks old and we have been through a lot together. Her playful frisbee days are behind her. She is now mostly blind and deaf and spends much of her time sleeping. She is still the puppy of my heart though and always will be.

We lost Carly the calico to cancer this last year, so Nook's pal now stands as a memorial to her.
