The Kings and Queens
An immortal living in the sky's. Neither of this world or another. A non-being and technically gender-less. No natural form but loves to take on the form of a griffin. They can not be killed nor can they die.
We don't have to be
War has broken out among her kind. Torn and unable to take sides she leaves the only home she ever knew. She heads to earth, to Egypt in search of a pyramid, hoping inside are the answers she seeks. Inside are runes but she can't read them.

Into your lies
The sky darkened, thunder rumbled and lighting flashed. Sorrow, hate and fear ravaged the sky's and the stars turned red with shed blood. A cry split though the air. With the beat of wings a griffon looking creature left the stars heading for earth and the human realm. Without looking back the creature left the only home she had ever known and ventured into the unknown.
The sun rose high and the heat rose from the ground in waves. With a shake she ruffled her feathers. This was to much. If she could sweat she would be already and she'd only been standing here for a few minutes. Slowly she walked forward, her claws and paws seeking into the sand. Lifting her head she cried out to the sky. Doubting anyone would hear her at least not anyone she cared about.
After what felt like years but was merely hours Runic found what she was looking for a pyramid. Looking around then lifting her foreleg tapping a stone with a single claw. A doorway opened and inside she went. The ground was solid and cool to the touch, a much needed relief from the sweltering sand. Further she went her gaze going everywhere taking in all the sites until she came to a special chamber.
