My strength and peace of mind through this life is not my own. My faith, peace and joy comes from Him who loves me unconditionally and guides my path for what is best for me. I may not understand why He is allowing these trials in my life but at the end of the day, His will is what I want the most. I will be happy in any circumstance as a result.

Shalom's collection has meaning to me and the meanings are as follows:

Candy Cane: Represents Christmas, Christ's birth.
Twig: Represents a palm branch for Palm Sunday, the day Jesus was welcomed warmly into Jerusalem. Mere days later, He was crucified by the very people who celebrated His coming to the city.
Ostara Egg: Represents Easter, Jesus' resurrection and defeat of death.
Dove: Represents Jesus' unconditional love and peace that He provides me with every day.
