Oh no! It looks like the lovebugs and cooties have begun swarming! Because of their vast numbers, they've gotten a little angsty and have now begun biting! Only your active pet is subject to being bitten by lovebugs and cooties. When they are bitten they will be afflicted with lovesickness or heartsickness, depending on what kind of infestation critter bit them. When they are lovesick or heartsick your pet will be surrounded by this heart-filled aura. To cure them you can buy a love potion from Rosebud at the Gift Shop OR you can feed your pet sweets until all the bites have been healed. Each sweet will reduce the number of bites by a certain amount. While sick, your pet will only eat sweets so anything they actually eat will help cure them. You can see the number of bites they have by visiting their profile. Keep in mind that the more cooties and lovebugs that you have on your account will lead to more bites! Good luck braving the sworm, Misticans! Edit: Despite there being a switch for the bites in the panel, it looks like it will have to be manually turned on by Zara when she returns again. In the meantime, stay tuned for updates this weekend! ~The Misticpets Team

Oh no! It looks like the lovebugs and cooties have begun swarming! Because of their vast numbers, they've gotten a little angsty and have now begun biting!

Only your active pet is subject to being bitten by lovebugs and cooties. When they are bitten they will be afflicted with lovesickness or heartsickness, depending on what kind of infestation critter bit them. When they are lovesick or heartsick your pet will be surrounded by this heart-filled aura.

To cure them you can buy a love potion from Rosebud at the Gift Shop OR you can feed your pet sweets until all the bites have been healed. Infestation! Yes, it's that time of the year again Mistica and the Cooties and Lovebugs have descended en mass to take over our world! It's time to take advantage of all this love and care being tossed around as these critters worm their way into every nook and cranny on Mistic. Batten down the hatches and do what you can to protect your pets; unless of course you are looking for a new look? How it Works! Lovebugs and Cooties will appear randomly on your pages as you wander through the site, and you'll have to jump on them when you see them. Click them quickly to see if you can capture them! Keep in mind that you could finish the collections and get a medal or two for your troubles! sampling of lovebugs sampling of Cooties Might be a good time to activate your champion dust, you'll be able to find more cooties and lovebugs during the infestation period! Important Note! If you see a cootie or lovebug, you must click on it straight away, if you are on multiple tabs, it will make the critter more apt to 'run away' than be caught. Infestation!
Yes, it's that time of the year again Mistica and the Cooties and Lovebugs have descended en mass to take over our world! How it Works!
Lovebugs and Cooties will appear randomly on your pages as you wander through the site, and you'll have to jump on them when you see them. Click them quickly to see if you can capture them!

Another wave of Kohals have once again adopted a strange coloration. Using a Crystallized Toadstool on your Kohal will change them into their February form!
